Matisse Franco Learning Labs sells digital study materials and tutoring services for healthcare students. Study materials are delivered as instant digital downloads (PDF) for personal, individual use. They may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, or used to create derivative products.
We offer a 7-day refund on digital study materials. If the material isn't what you expected, email hello@matissefranco.io within 7 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to justify the request.
We ask that you stop using the materials once refunded. We're trusting you; please return the favour.
Our programs are educational study aids. We do not guarantee any particular exam score, and we do not guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX-RN or any other examination. Your result depends on your own preparation and performance. Be wary of any provider who promises otherwise.
Nothing we publish is medical advice. Our materials and tutoring do not replace licensed instruction, accredited coursework, clinical supervision, or the policies of your school or facility. Always follow your instructors, preceptors and employer's protocols.
We will not complete graded work on your behalf — no care plans, papers, take-home exams or discussion posts. Tutoring teaches you how to do the work; you do the work. Requests to the contrary will be declined without refund of the session.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are one-time charges in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Purchased materials are yours to keep, including free updates through 2026. Download links are tied to your order and remain available to you. If you lose access, email us and we'll restore it.
We collect your name and email to deliver your purchase and, if you opt in, to send study resources. We don't sell or share your data. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click, and you can ask us to delete your data by emailing us.
